if its the unique (green) one you are talking about and yo have factions but have used up all your amulets of the mist, you can buy an amulet for 8k and kill shiro again and get one.

You'll have to specify if you mean the gold or the green version.
If it is the green one... the guy is ripping you off/taking advantage of the fact that it is a new skin. Will be 8k in a week. If it is a gold one, you are getting a VERY good deal. |
